Our Aesthetic Clinic Policy
At Iris belle Aesthetics, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge an administration fee and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in.
When you attend
Please Let Us Know
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Iris belle Aesthetics and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment, Please knock and wait at the door at your allocated time. If you arrive early there is a cafe within the gym your welcome to wait there. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimise any disruption to the clinic.
